    4-Axis High-Speed Machining An optimized, fast, and uninterrupted production line for precision components requiring mass production. Vibration dampening capability in thin-walled parts.

    C and Y Axis Turning Machining of cylindrical and complex parts such as shafts, pins, and valves in a single operation with counter-spindle and live-tool CNC lathes.

    Swiss-Type Turning Mass production of long parts with small diameters (Ø2mm - Ø32mm) with micron precision, especially for medical, aviation, and fasteners.

Welding and Joining

With over 10 years of experience and expertise, we provide services using the latest systems and state-of-the-art welding methods.

Our certified (EN ISO 9606-1) welding operators work in joining aluminum, stainless steel, and special alloy structural components with TIG, MIG/MAG, and precision laser welding applications. All welding processes are subjected to non-destructive testing (NDT) in our quality control processes.

System Assembly

Birlik Aviation doesn't just produce parts; it offers comprehensive "Electro-Mechanical Assembly" services from the smallest fastener to large system projects.
